The sun shone and over 3000 foodies visited the inaugural South of England Food & Drink Festival in May 2014.

The Food Rocks Market was packed full of 70 stalls of wonderful artisan produce.

A vast array of sensational Street Food. Everything from Dim Sum to Sous Vide Steak and Pad Thai to BBQ Lobster.

Steven Edwards, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2014, hosted a day of cookery demonstrations in The Masterclassroom.

Tutored English wine tastings courtesy of Bolney, Bluebell & Plumpton Estate. Paired with food cooked by Steven Edwards.

Folk, Jazz and Blues in The Hay Bale Barn from the likes of James Gillespie, Red Butler and The Brighton Jazz Allstars.

Cookery classes, foodie play & entertainment for children.
